Oasis: A sanctuary is a place you can escape to, to catch your breath and remember who you are. Write about the place you go to when everything is a bit too much.
My oasis is a coffee shop. it sounds silly but there I don’t have to deal with kids who are screaming, crying, or fighting. I don’t have to think about bills or listen to a husband who keeps talking non-stop. I can sit back and enjoy a coffee or two and let my thoughts run free. I can also write anything I want without any interruptions. I love to write but when I’m at home I can’t sit down and think. So this is my oasis from my chaotic life and the chaotic world.
